The intention behind my teaching is to always bring the mind & body in harmony with focus on mental wellbeing.

You don’t need to be “fixed” you need to feel connected! Using holistic alternatives to live a balanced and wholesome life is in my experience the longer but more sustainable & rewarding approach.

I strive to create a place where people feel supported and seen.

A little bit about me & how I got here:

I began teaching yoga in 2020 after years of feeling swollen by life. My yoga journey started a few years earlier during a period when my mental health felt the most vulnerable. I was depressed, anxious, full of self-doubts with chronic pains & terrible insomnia. This is when my practice turned into my space of refuge. Inviting other “stressed out” people to relax with me combined with therapy turned out to be the right call for me.

Outside of yoga & mindfulness I love other things, too. Dog walks in nature, a little urban escapism. The smell of books, although I mostly listen to the audio versions I still like to flick through some pages. Creative endeavors. Any form of movement and ways to get out of my comfort zone like cold plunging after sauna.

I began my search for “true” self-expression in the recent years. Who am I? How do I want to live? How do I want to feel? What energy do I want to radiate? With this I reignited my love for creating and crafting. After years of putting-things-off, in 2023, I enrolled as an interior design student at BAID. I believe that “niching down” is the equivalent of putting yourself in a box. So, here I am. Dipping my toes into all things that make me feel alive and sharing my lessons learned along the way.
